Privacy Policy

• We collect only what we need to run DealOS for you.
• We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.
• Your deals, buyers, and documents are private to your account.
• You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from Settings.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Workspace data: the leads, properties, buyers, tasks, notes, and documents you create or import.
• Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the app is used so we can improve it.
• Technical data: device and browser information and IP address, used for security and troubleshooting.

We use your information solely to operate and improve DealOS:

• To provide the core product — sourcing, analysis, buyer matching, contracts, and marketing tools.
• To secure your account, including authentication and optional two-factor authentication.
• To provide support and respond to your questions.
• To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve features, performance, and reliability.

We do not use your private workspace data to train third-party models, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Property records shown in DealOS are aggregated from established third-party real estate data providers, then deduplicated and normalized. This provider data is distinct from your private workspace data. For details on sourcing and how estimates are derived, see our Data Sources page.

Passwords are hashed, accounts support two-factor authentication, and sensitive files are kept in private, access-controlled storage. Every query that touches your data is scoped to your account. Read more on our Security page.

You are always in control of your data:

• Export: download your deals, buyers, and documents from Settings at any time.
• Reset: clear your workspace back to a clean state while keeping your account.
• Delete: permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
• Access & correction: view and update your profile information directly in the app.

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or reset your workspace, the associated data is removed from our production systems.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be communicated in-app.
