By accessing or using DealOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

DealOS is a software platform for real estate wholesalers and investors that provides property sourcing, AI-assisted deal analysis, a buyer network, contract generation, and marketing tools. Features may change as the product evolves.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for added protection.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute property data in violation of provider terms.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation.

DealOS provides software tools and informational estimates only. Deal scores, valuations, profit projections, and generated contracts are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence. Always verify comps and repair figures and have a licensed attorney review any contract before signing.

You retain ownership of the data you create or import. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any data you upload.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. You can start on a free plan and upgrade at any time. Fees are described on our pricing section, and you can cancel from your account settings.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that estimates will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any particular deal will be profitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
